The MS Papuan Antares re-fit is still being done in the Netherlands, where the ship was built and has been operating. All woodwork and the interior decorations of cabins will be done in Indonesia. Papuan Antares has very good lines (very seaworthy, as it was designed and was operating in the North Sea, which is one of the roughest seas in the world).
MS Papuan Antares has about seventy (70!) 30cm portholes, which means, each cabin will have 3 – 5 portholes. She was built in a time period of superb quality, we cannot find any better than this, these days.
